Mr Moore
The Reds fan in Soapland
He's back Just when you thought it was safe to relax in a soap opera stupor who should slither back on the screen but the lovely Mr Moore. It's quite a while since we last saw him in Brookside, leaving the Close in a huff with his Wrexham programmes, but up he pops like a bad penny with his unique line in wit and football trivia! Yes, Mr Moore came back to haunt Sinbad and Tinhead big-style.This time trying to find germs in the chippy, we all knew the chippy would be innocent and we all hated Mr Moore for a couple of weeks there, despite his loyalty to the one-and-only WFC. After days of torment, the chippy was finally given a clean bill of health and to celebrate our Mr Moore invited Sinbad and Tinhead to the hospital fete - boy does that man know how to party!!
Here again another exciting facet to the man's character emerged - not only is he a No.1 Reds fan, but during the summer months he follows Warrington Wolves and best of all, that's right, he is a member of the Salvation Army band. Chief percussionist no less! Is there no end to this man's talent??? The man is becoming more fascinating with every episode; he's like a tube of Pringles, once you've popped you just can't stop (wanting to find out more about him that is). But don't worry, I'll keep watching on your behalf and let you know what twists and turns this famous fan gets up to! Does anyone know if he has a fan club yet, if not it's about time he did. Get me the address for Brookside quick!!!
