Imagine my delight when, having travelled to a recent home game, I saw the completed new stand. I'd photographed it at various stages of its development; and now for my camera the crowning moment had come. I took time to position my shot - and that was my fatal mistake. A ground steward flagged me down and unfortunately the panic of arrest did not make me push the button downwards. "No cameras allowed on the ground", said the orange-clad official. "Only carrying out the policy of the club".

This left me wondering: Since when has this been "club policy"? And if it is, how have the reasons for the ruling been communicated? Perhaps Red Passion could extract from the club the complete list of 'Thou Shalt Not' commandments for the next edition.
