No.5 - RICHARD HILL (STOCKPORT)

Get up? 7.30-8am - have breakfast.

Then? Either…go to work and finish at one o'clock, then a mad dash home to get changed and meet some fellow Manchester Reds for the trip down…or do a bit of shopping then get home for lunch.

Lunchtime? Either a quick sandwich if I’m working or a light meal/salad - depends how cold it is. Wait for the lads to come round to set off for Wrexham.

Pre-match? Spend a bit of time in the Railway Pub (excellent beer and beef sandwich). Meet a few more friends -discuss previous games or week, and then discuss game ahead. Also decide who is writing the report of the game for our Manchester Reds web-site.

Pre-match inside the Racecourse: Buy a programme and a copy of Red Passion; then meet my dad and put up the flag showing that the Manchester Reds have arrived.

1st half? Usually get a little excited; shout a few comments to the ref and discuss the game in general with my dad or anyone willing to listen to me.

Half-time? Have a coffee and chat with my dad about the game and anything else. Speak to people we know who happen to pass us on their way to the food kiosk.

2nd half? See if any subs are made, then discuss who’s playing well and who should be substituted. Look at the scores on the board - hopefully see the Scousers and Man United losing.

Immediate post-match? Go back to the car; meet up with the others and generally discuss how we played and the game as a whole.

Teatime? Get home about 6.30. Check Teletext to see how other teams like Man City and Chester have got on. Check out the league - see what position we’re in.

Evening? Update web page www.manchester-reds.co.uk; check emails, then sit down for a relaxing evening with either a bottle of red wine or a few whiskies and watch TV with my family.
