Name/Rating When With WFC  What They Did For Wrexham Where Are They Now?
Mickey Thomas 9.5 out of 10 Does Arsenal ring any bells? His excellent free-kick which knocked Arsenal out of the FA Cup has to be the best memory. He was one of our greats and a man whose name will live on forever because of his commitment and effort. In the media! Works for the BBC and MUTV and has recently got his own show on Century FM. And, most important of all, he’s got his regular column in Red Passion.
Neil Wainwright 8 out of 10 I didn’t see much of Neil. He came through from the Reserves; then after a few games he proved just how good he was - and was snapped up. Now at Sunderland in the Premiership, but was hit by injury the first season he was there. He returned to help their reserve side lift the Pontins League title. He’s made one appearance for Sunderland this season - but has yet to play in the league. He is a regular member of the reserves
Steve Watkin 9 out of 10 !00% committed to Wrexham FC and formed an excellent partnership with Gary Bennett - one of the best at the club. He also helped to knock Arsenal out of the FA Cup all those years ago. He’s got many great memories of playing in the red shirt. Regular first-team member at Swansea. In his first season there he made 32 appearances and scored three goals. Last season he made 54 starts and scored 20 goals. At the Vetch, just as at the Racecourse, he plays mainly as a linkman upfront..
